How Do I Request a Specific Delivery Date:?

During the checkout process, you may request a preferred Monday through Friday delivery date. YOU MUST choose the appropriate shipping method to meet your preferred delivery date. (For example, if you ask for a delivery that is the next business day, do not choose ground shipping - you would choose UPS Next Day Air shipping.) If you request a delivery date that cannot be achieved using the UPS shipping option you choose, we will send you a courtesy email with quicker shipping options, but will still ship the order using your selected shipping method if we are unable to reach you.  As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to email us at customerservice@candyblast.com or call us at 888-442-5278 and we are happy to help!

If you leave the preferred delivery date field blank, we will ship your order the same business day you order it, subject to a 11am EST cut-off. We do not ship any packages on Saturday and Sunday.

When Do I Need To Order By for a Valentine's Delivery?

For all candy bouquets, cookie bouquets and candy gift baskets, please use the UPS Ground Service Map to determine your days in transit, then use the table below to determine the last day you can order using UPS Ground service.

WHAT IS UPS'S GUARANTEE FOR DELIVERY?

UPS guarantees the days in transit provided we have a COMPLETE address.  This means it must include the apartment number or suite number as applicable, and UPS has even delayed packages if the street address is missing the word "Street", "Drive", "Lane" etc. 

 

They suspend their guarantee for (1) incomplete addresses (2) weather delays and (3) delivery attempts that are unsuccessful.

 

On rare occasions, they may actually deliver your package a day early!  This is beyond our control and not subject to a refund.

 

WHAT IF UPS DOESN'T DELIVER MY PACKAGE WITHIN THE GUARANTEED TIMEFRAME?
In the unlikely event your order is not received by the guaranteed delivery date, we will refund the shipping charges, minus a $2 boxing fee. This does NOT apply to
(1) incomplete addresses (2) weather delays and (3) delivery attempts that are unsuccessful.  Please note that we do NOT refund the purchase price of the gift for delivery delays - only the associated shipping fee.

 

WHAT ABOUT DELIVERING TO AN APARTMENT?
UPS allows its drivers discretion as to whether they will leave a package without a signature at apartment addresses. This can lead to delivery delays, for which we are not responsible. One recommendation is to allow your gift to be left with the apartment's leasing office, which you can indicate in the customer comments section at check-out.

 

WHAT IF I PROVIDE YOU WITH AN INCORRECT ADDRESS?
Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed. UPS charges us a $15 fee to fix and forward the package to the correct address, which will be subsequently charged to your credit card.  Incomplete addresses include those missing an apartment number or suite number.  Wrong or incomplete addresses also result in at least a one day delivery delay.
