HOW DO I REQUEST A SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE?

During the checkout process, you may request a preferred Monday through Friday delivery date. YOU MUST choose the appropriate shipping method to meet your preferred delivery date. For example, if you ask for a delivery that is the next business day, do not choose ground shipping - you would choose UPS Next Day Air shipping. If you request a delivery date that cannot be achieved using the UPS shipping option you choose, we will hold your order until we are able to contact you via email and phone for resolution. As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to call us between 8:30am and 5:00pm EST Mon - Fri at 888-442-5278 and we are happy to help!

If you leave the preferred delivery date field blank, we will ship your order the same business day you order it, subject to a 3pm EST cut-off. We do not ship any packages on Saturday and Sunday.

If you need a Saturday delivery, choose the appropriate Air with Saturday shipping option. For shipping on Thursdays before 3pm EST, choose UPS 2 Day Air Saturday Delivery. For shipping on Fridays before 3pm EST, choose UPS Next Day Air Saturday Delivery. UPS does not deliver on Sundays.

Please note that UPS guarantees their ground deliveries "on or before" the date you request, except for weather delays. On VERY RARE occasions, UPS may deliver Ground packages one day early - which is beyond our control. If your package does not arrive on or before the guaranteed date, and it is NOT due to weather or an incomplete address, your shipping charge will be refunded less a $2 boxing fee.

HOW DO YOU SHIP CHOCOLATE IN THE WARM MONTHS?
We use insulated boxes and cold packs to keep the chocolate cool. We also limit the number of days in transit, so you may see some shipping options restricted, depending on the state you're shipping to.  We guarantee your gift against heat damage you add cold packs to your chocolate order. Our guarantee does NOT apply to delays due to weather or delivery attempts that are unsuccessful.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We utilize UPS and Fed Ex. Specific shipping costs are provided when you add individual products to your shopping cart. Orders received Monday thru Friday before 3:00 pm EST will ship the same day, subject to hot weather shipping restrictions. (One exception: hard candy lollipop bouquets require a 1:00pm EST cut-off) 

UPS GROUND DELIVERY provides delivery Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Saturday and Sunday do NOT count as business days, and there is NO delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.  We cannot guarantee a particular time for delivery during the delivery day. Rates range from $6.95 to $13.95, with some surcharge for orders over $100.
FED EX HOME DELIVERY provides delivery Tuesday through Saturday, excluding major holidays, to residential destinations. Sunday and Monday do NOT count as business days, and there is NO delivery on Sundays or Mondays. FED EX GROUND DELIVERY provides delivery Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays to business destinations. Saturday and Sunday do NOT count as business days, and there is NO delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.  Rates range from $6.95 to $13.95, with some surcharge for orders over $100.
FED EX EXPRESS SAVER provides 3 business day delivery to any U.S. destination. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Saturday and Sunday do NOT count as business days and there is NO delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.  Cost is $12.95 - $18.95 per product.
UPS and FED EX 2 DAY AIR provides 2 business day delivery to any U.S. destination. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Saturday and Sunday do NOT count as business days and there is NO delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.  Cost is $16.95 - $22.95 per product.
UPS NEXT DAY AIR SAVER and FED EX STANDARD OVERNIGHT provides next business day delivery to any U.S. commercial destination and by the end of the next day for any residential destination. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Saturday and Sunday do NOT count as business days and there is NO delivery on Saturdays or Sundays. Ordering cut-off is 3PM EST. Cost is $26.95-$32.95 per product. Oversized products are $34.95 per product.
LOCAL DELIVERY IN KNOXVILLE, TN. Orders received by 3PM EST Monday - Friday can be delivered locally in Knoxville, TN on the same day. Orders received after 3PM EST will be delivered the next business day. Cost is $14.95.

 

   BUT WAIT...I NEED SATURDAY DELIVERY!
   We have a few Saturday delivery options available:

 

UPS 2 DAY AIR SATURDAY DELIVERY provides Saturday delivery by noon to most U.S. destinations. Orders are shipped on Thursdays and delivered on Saturday, excluding major holidays. Ordering cut-off is 3PM EST on Thursday. Cost is $27.95 - $29.95 per product.
UPS NEXT DAY AIR SATURDAY DELIVERY provides Saturday delivery by noon to most U.S. destinations. Orders are shipped on Friday and delivered on Saturday, excluding major holidays. Ordering cut-off is 3PM EST on Friday. Cost is $45.95 - $47.95 per product.



WILL MY ORDER SHIP THE DAY I ORDER IT?
Orders received Monday thru Friday before 3PM EST will ship the same day, subject to hot weather shipping restrictions. Orders received after 3pm EST will  not ship until the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. You may also specify a future arrival date during the checkout process. Your item will arrive on or before the selected date.

WHAT ABOUT DELIVERING TO AN APARTMENT?
UPS allows its drivers discretion as to whether they will leave a package without a signature at apartment addresses. This can lead to delivery delays, for which we are not responsible. One recommendation is to allow your gift to be left with the apartment's leasing office, which you can indicate in the customer comments section at check-out.
 

DO YOU DELIVER TO HOSPITAL PATIENTS?
No, we do not. Delivery delays are common and we have found it is better to send the gifts to the patient's home. We do deliver to hospital employees.
HOW ARE CHOCOLATE DIPPED BERRY ORDERS SHIPPED?
All chocolate dipped strawberries are shipped FedEx Next Day Air Standard beginning at $14.95. They are shipped Monday through Thursday for deliveries on Tuesday through Friday. Please do not request a Monday delivery date.
 

WHAT IF UPS DOESN'T DELIVER MY PACKAGE WITHIN THE GUARANTEED TIMEFRAME?
In the unlikely event your UPS 2 Day or Next Day order is not received by the guaranteed delivery date, we will refund the shipping charges, minus a $2 boxing fee. This does NOT apply to delays due to weather or delivery attempts that are unsuccessful. Please note that we do NOT refund the purchase price of the gift for delivery delays - only the associated shipping fee.

WHAT IF I PROVIDE YOU WITH AN INCORRECT ADDRESS?
Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed. UPS charges us a $10 fee to fix and forward the package to the correct address, which will be subsequently charged to your credit card.

DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY? Because of the perishable nature of our products, we cannot ship outside of the U.S.
