Drop Ship Program Overview
Application:
To apply for enrollment in CandyBlast's Drop Ship
Program, please fill out the online application
form. You will receive an email with a Reseller
Agreement. This form must be signed and returned to
CandyBlast before a new account is activated.
Enrollment:
Once the signed documents are received by CandyBlast,
reseller accounts can often be established within
two working days. There is a one time $50 enrollment
fee that will be charged at the time the account is
activated. CandyBlast does not charge any additional
annual or monthly maintenance fees.
Pricing:
CandyBlast resellers receive a 25% discount off
listed retail price. This discount does not apply to
gift cards, such as Blockbuster or iTunes, that may
be a part of our gift selections. Resellers may determine their
own selling prices.
Eligible Products:
Eligible Products includes candy bouquets, candy bar
cakes, and candy gift baskets at www.candyblast.com
A detailed list of Eligible Products is included
with the Reseller Agreement.
Order Processing:
Using a username and password, resellers place
orders on our secure website. If billing information
is stored, it is automatically displayed at checkout
to prevent frequently re-entering information. As
volume permits, there may be automated alternatives
to pass orders.
Product Images & Descriptions:
Approved resellers are encouraged to use our product
images and descriptions while participating in the
program.
Shipping Prices:
Reseller has two options for shipping Eligible
Products: (a) Candy Blast will drop-ship the product
at our standard rates and terms. When logged into
the website, resellers have access to shipping costs
per product. Our shipping rate will be charged to
the Reseller and is not subject to the Discount. (b)
Candy Blast will drop-ship the product using your
UPS shipping label (provided to us in .pdf format
via email) and at your cost. Under this option,
there will be a $1.50 boxing charge for each product
and we assume no responsibility for delivery or
shipping issues after the product leaves our
facility. Also, we cannot ship to PO boxes,
hospitals, foreign addresses or APO's. During summer
months, we also charge a nominal cold packing fee.
Product Updates:
All resellers are included in CandyBlast's product
update email distribution list. When a product is
changed, resellers will receive an email describing
the changes. CandyBlast expects all resellers to
keep product offerings current and accurate.
Product Packaging:
Currently, all orders are shipped in standard
CandyBlast boxes. Gift messages are printed on a
packing slip and included in the box. The shipping
label includes CandyBlast's warehouse address for
return shipments. The packing slip indicates the
gift was shipped from your business, so it is
imperative the gift message be signed by the gift
giver.
