HOW DO I REQUEST A SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE?
During the checkout process, you may request a preferred Monday
through Friday delivery date. YOU MUST choose
the appropriate shipping method to meet your
preferred delivery date. (For example, if you
ask for a delivery that is the next business
day, do not choose ground shipping - you would
choose UPS Next Day Air shipping.)
If you request a delivery date that cannot be achieved using the
UPS shipping option you choose, we will send you
a courtesy email with quicker shipping options,
but will still ship the order using your
selected shipping method if we are unable to
reach you.

If you leave the preferred delivery date field
blank, we will ship your order the same business
day you order it, subject to a 3pm EST cut-off.
We do not ship any packages on Saturday and
Sunday.
If you need a Saturday delivery, choose the
appropriate Air with Saturday shipping option
(not available to all areas). For shipping on
Thursdays before 3pm EST, choose UPS 2 Day Air
Saturday Delivery. For shipping on Fridays
before 3pm EST, choose UPS Next Day Air Saturday
Delivery. UPS does not deliver on Sundays.
Please note that UPS guarantees their ground
deliveries "on or before" the date you request,
except for weather delays. On VERY RARE
occasions, UPS may deliver Ground packages one
day early - which is beyond our control. If your
package does not arrive on or before the
guaranteed date, and it is NOT due to weather or
an incomplete address, your shipping charge will
be refunded less a $2 boxing fee.
HOW DO YOU SHIP CHOCOLATE IN THE WARM MONTHS?
We use insulated boxes and cold packs to keep
the chocolate cool. We also limit the number of
days in transit, so you may see some shipping
options restricted, depending on the state
you're shipping to. We guarantee your gift
against heat damage if you add cold packs to
your chocolate order. Our guarantee does NOT
apply to delays due to weather or delivery
attempts that are unsuccessful.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We utilize UPS and Fed Ex. Specific shipping
costs are provided when you add individual
products to your shopping cart. Orders received
Monday thru Friday before 3:00 pm EST will ship
the same day, subject to hot weather shipping
restrictions. (One exception: hard candy
lollipop bouquets require a 1:00pm EST cut-off)

WILL MY ORDER SHIP THE DAY I ORDER IT?
Orders received Monday thru Friday before 3PM
EST will ship the same day, subject to hot
weather shipping restrictions. Orders received
after 3pm EST will not ship until the next
business day. We do not ship on Saturdays or
Sundays. You may also specify a future arrival
date during the checkout process. Your item will
arrive on or before the selected date.
WHAT ABOUT DELIVERING TO AN APARTMENT?
UPS allows its drivers discretion as to whether
they will leave a package without a signature at
apartment addresses. This can lead to delivery
delays, for which we are not responsible. One
recommendation is to allow your gift to be left
with the apartment's leasing office, which you
can indicate in the customer comments section at
check-out.
DO YOU DELIVER TO HOSPITAL PATIENTS?
No, we do not. Delivery delays are common and we have found it is
better to send the gifts to the patient's home.
If you place your order online shipping to a
hospital, we will contact you to request an
alternate delivery address.

WHAT IF UPS DOESN'T DELIVER MY PACKAGE WITHIN
THE GUARANTEED TIMEFRAME?
In the unlikely event your UPS 2 Day or Next Day
order is not received by the guaranteed delivery
date, we will refund the shipping charges, minus
a $2 boxing fee. This does NOT apply to delays
due to weather or delivery attempts that are
unsuccessful. Please note that we do NOT refund
the purchase price of the gift for delivery
delays - only the associated shipping fee.
WHAT IF I PROVIDE YOU WITH AN INCORRECT
ADDRESS?
Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are
not guaranteed. UPS charges us a $10 - $12 fee
to fix and forward the package to the correct
address, which will be subsequently charged to
your credit card.
Incomplete addresses include those
missing an apartment number or suite number.
Wrong or incomplete addresses also result
in at least a one day delivery delay.
DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY? Because of the
perishable nature of our products, we cannot
ship outside of the
U.S.

ORDERS SHIPPED?
All chocolate dipped strawberries are shipped
FedEx Next Day Air Standard beginning at $16.99.
They are shipped Monday through Thursday for
deliveries on Tuesday through Friday. Please do
not request a Monday delivery date.
